Teracom Employees Participate in 1OFFICE Software Training

Teracom has adopted the 1OFFICE platform to digitize its human resource management processes. With this solution, employees can easily track attendance and submit various requests for approval directly via laptops or internet-connected mobile devices, replacing traditional paperwork.

On June 7, Teracom organized an online training session on the 1OFFICE system for all staff members. The software is expected to enhance efficiency in managing attendance and employee requests through smart and streamlined processes.

During the training session, employees were provided with account activation, user guidance, and hands-on experience with the system. The Q&A session also helped address questions, enabling staff to confidently apply the software immediately after the training.

With 1OFFICE, employees can conveniently monitor attendance, leave days, overtime (OT), outside service (OS), salary, bonuses, penalties, and insurance. The platform also allows staff to create and submit digital requests such as leave applications, business trip requests, and check-in/check-out forms using pre-designed templates. These requests are automatically sent and promptly notified to department managers or the HR team.

1OFFICE allows employees to conveniently monitor attendance, leave, OT/OS, payroll, bonuses, penalties, and insurance.

In the coming time, Teracom aims to further leverage 1OFFICE across various functions, including workplace management (Workplace), human resource management (HRM), customer relationship management (CRM), and overall management automation.
