RECAP - Collaboration Agreement Signing Ceremony within the ZEBHub Project
On August 15, 2025, at the Management Office of Horison Tower, the Collaboration Agreement Signing Ceremony between Vietnam Sustainability Social Enterprise – the managing unit of Vietnam Energy Efficiency Network, Global Toserco – the owner of Horison Tower, Haudi, and Teracom was successfully held, with the participation of representatives from all parties and distinguished guests.
The ceremony also welcomed representatives from CBRE Vietnam and Archid, further contributing to the formal and meaningful atmosphere of the event.
The cooperation agreement was signed within the framework of the Zero Energy Building (ZEBHub) Project, marking an important milestone in strengthening partnerships among the parties and advancing the development of zero energy buildings, as well as improving energy efficiency in Vietnam’s real estate and construction sectors.
During the ceremony, representatives of the parties shared their goals, roles, commitments, and expectations. By combining local expertise and implementation capabilities in Vietnam with advanced technology from Japan, the project aims to transform Horison Tower into a pioneering green building, creating a sustainable and comfortable operating environment.
Speaking at the event, representatives from Vietnam Sustainability Social Enterprise, Horison Tower, Haudi, and Teracom expressed their confidence that this cooperation will serve as a vital foundation for collective efforts in developing zero energy buildings and enhancing energy efficiency in Vietnam’s real estate and construction sectors.
